  4. In the printing process, it is required to constantly observe whether there is any difference between the color of the bulk goods’ paper and the sample, whether the ink is broken, there is any  drawing line and flying ink, the pattern has seams, the fabric goes astray, and check the Pass channel.

Before working, you should check the amount of residual ink and ink barrels. After that, you should inspect for many times. Once the ink is less than a third you have to put the additional ink into the ink cartridges and you should always be ready to replace the ink. You cannot print with empty ink. Before adding ink, you can never add ink to the different colors of ink. You should fall into the habit of checking them between meals.
