Printer Head

Polyester socks printing process
1.Printing
Make the picture according to the size of the socks, import the picture into Neostarmpa for color management, and import the RIP file into the printing software for printing
2.Heating
Put the printed socks into the oven for color fixation at 180°C for 3-4 minutes (set the time or temperature according to the thickness of the socks; the thinner the socks, the shorter the time)
3.Process Completed
Pack up the printed socks and send them to the customer.The whole process of polyester socks is finished
