2.Installation Of The Socks Printer
Unpacking and Inspection
We will do relevant debugging before exporting the socks printer. The machine will be shipped complete. When the customer receives the equipment, they only need to install a small part of the accessories and power it on to use.
When you receive the device, you need to check the accessories. If you are missing any accessories, please contact the salesperson in time.
Installation Steps
1. Check the appearance of the wooden box: Check whether the wooden box is damaged after receiving the sock printer.
2. Unpacking: Remove the nails on the wooden box and remove the wooden board.
3. Check the equipment: Check whether the paint of the sock printer is scratched and whether the equipment is bumped.
4. Horizontal placement: Place the equipment on a horizontal ground for the next step of installation and debugging.
5. Release the head: Untie the cable tie that fixes the head so that the head can move.
6. Power on: Power on to check whether the machine is working properly.
7. Install accessories: Install equipment accessories after the sock printer operates normally.
8. Empty printing: After installing the accessories, open the printing software to import the picture for empty printing to see if the printing action is normal.
9. Install the nozzle: Install the nozzle and ink after the printing action is normal.
10. Debugging: After the firmware installation is completed, perform software parameter debugging.

Basic Operation
Detailed introduction to the printing software interface
File import location
In this interface, you can see the pictures you need to print. Select the pictures you need to print and double-click to import them.
Printing
Import the printed image into the printing software and print it. Double-click the image to modify the number of prints required.
Set up
Perform some general settings for printing, including printing speed, nozzle selection, and inkjet mode.
Calibration
On the left, these calibrations can help us print clearer patterns.
Voltage
Here you can set the voltage of the nozzle. We will set it before leaving the factory, and users basically do not need to change it.
Cleaning
Here you can adjust the intensity of the cleaning

Daily Maintenance
Daily maintenance of the sock printer. After a day of printing, you need to clean up unnecessary items on the device. Move the small head out to check if there are fibers from the socks stuck on the bottom of the head. If there are, you need to clean them in time. Check if the waste ink in the waste ink bottle needs to be poured out. Turn off the power and check whether the nozzle is closed with the ink stack.Check whether the ink in the large ink cartridge needs to be refilled.
Regular Inspection
The belts, gears, ink stacks, and guide rails of the sock printer need to be checked regularly. Lubricating oil needs to be applied to the gears and guide rails to prevent the head from wearing out during high-speed movement.
Recommendations For Not Using The Socks Printer For A Long Time
If the machine is not used for a long time during the off-season, you need to pour pure water on the ink stack to keep the nozzle moist to prevent clogging. You need to print pictures and test strips every three days to check the status of the nozzle.

Solution: Click Clean to clean the print head. If it still doesn't work, click Load Ink, let it sit for a few minutes, and then click Clean.

Solution: Increase the feathering value

Solution: Click the test calibration chart to check if the value is biased.

During the printing process, the socks need to be kept flat to prevent the nozzle from being scratched during the printing process, causing unnecessary economic losses. If you encounter special problems, there are emergency stop buttons on both sides of the machine, which can be pressed immediately and the device will be powered off immediately.
