• The socks oven is a kind of finishing process equipment, used together with the socks printer which is specially used to fix the color process to get good color fastness for printed socks. During this process, the printed socks are placed into the oven for drying. The inside of the oven is equipped with a temperature and time regulator, which can be adjusted according to the requirements of socks.
• The socks oven adopts the rotary design and can work continuously, which greatly improves production efficiency. It has heating tubes inside, which can heat up quickly to fix the color of socks. In addition, the socks oven is simple in design, convenient for operation, and also easy for reparation and maintenance.
• socks oven can provide the proper temperature and time for the socks good color fastness, ensuring the uniformity and durability of the color for the socks. Besides, the rotating design of the oven allows the socks to dry thoroughly while still keep the socks’ original shape and hand feel.
The socks oven is the matching support equipment of the sock printer, which is used to fix the color of printed socks. This small socks oven is suitable for 4 to 5 sock printers at the same time, drying 45pairs of socks per turn, it can run continuously. The entire oven is made of durable stainless-steel material, ensuring it has long service life. Equipped with 12units stainless steel heating tubes, the heating is fast and even, to ensure the final ready printed socks are with good color fastness.

Fan: The fan plays mainly circulatory function for the socks oven, which makes the hot air in the oven flow, so that the temperature at every angle is particularly uniform.

The tunnel heating used for socks oven is convenient for large-scale drying. Its design is a long tunnel structure passed by a conveyor belt. Socks are hung on a conveyor belt and during certain temperature heating, color fixed with good color fastness.
The drying box runs through the entire production line and can quickly dry the socks, saving time and improving production efficiency.
Set the temperature of the oven to around 180°C and adjust the speed of the sock oven conveyor belt according to the thickness of the socks.
The socks oven is suitable for various materials of socks, including cotton, nylon, polyester fiber, etc. However, for wool or other materials susceptible to heat shrinkage, it is recommended to dry at a lower temperature.
It needs to be judged based on the material and thickness of the socks.
Socks will be shrunk a bit once it printed and after heating, it depends on how it controlled with blank sock yarn, normally it would be stayed at normal range.
