Processing Steps
Requirements & Design
Communicate with customer to get client’s purpose and get proper design, including sizes, colors, presentation styles and other requirements, then carry it out with final artwork.
Choose Wood Material
According to the requirement and the design, collect the proper wood material, usually solid wood board or wood-based board would also be fine, just need to pay attention to the board color and texture, as well as the requirements of size and thickness.
Prepare Sampling Equipment & Materials
Prepare professional UV printing equipment and UV ink. For UV printing that requires personalized effects, special printing colors and other treatments are required.
Checking Materials
According to the design and selected print wood material, UV printing is carried out. It needs to be checked and accepted after completion, and adjusted in time according to customer feedback.
Customer Acceptance & Service
After printing is completed for samples, it would be sent for client’s approval. Once if there are any defects of the samples with approved design. Then sample would be re-arranged. During the approval stage, it is necessary for efficient communication and professional services.
